Rental terms & conditions
Booking
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount, payable by bank transfer (Wise). Bank details are provided when your request is submitted. The balance is paid on arrival.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit is fully refunded. After that, the deposit is retained. In case of no-show, the full amount remains due.
Stay
Check-in from 16h00, check-out before 11h00. Maximum capacity: 3 guests. An inventory is completed on arrival and departure. The apartment is non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
Liability
The tenant agrees to use the premises responsibly. Access to residence amenities (pool, spa) is governed by the residence's internal rules.
